David, a sales executive and serial entrepreneur, began his career in 1995 as District Manager at Network Appliance (NASDAQ: NTAP), where he successfully launched and developed the sales initiatives for the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2002, David moved on to serve as Sales Director at Decru Inc., where he was responsible for building the sales team and implementing the national sales plan. Decru was later acquired by Network Appliance for $262M. In 2005, David entered his first venture as the founder of Syndero, one of the first companies to pave the way in online, direct-to-consumer product marketing. Within three years, the San Francisco Business Times named Syndero as the “Fastest Growing Company in the San Francisco Bay Area.” Through his experience at Syndero, David saw huge potential in developing an end-to-end customer ecosystem online, which led to his departure from Syndero and full time investment in Angelrush Ventures. Over the next five years, David would develop a premiere platform for direct-to-consumer health care internet marketing.

Marc Rubinger is responsible for company operations, including provider relations, clinical services, fulfillment/supply chain, and the enterprise technology platform for HealthRIght. As founder and CEO of Compass Solutions, he ran a successful health care consulting firm for over 10 years, focused on helping health care organizations generate positive returns from IT investments. Previously, Marc served as Senior Vice President, Business Services, with Genesis Health, a 3B health care services company, where he led interdisciplinary teams from Operations, Finance, and IT in the overhaul and reengineering of the company’s admissions, intake functions, and business office functions. For the five previous years, Marc was Genesis Health’s Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, developing the corporation’s IT functions and establishing the core technology platforms of a national network with over 500 sites. During this tenure, he introduced systems capabilities that resulted in major operating and market advantages.
Earlier, Marc served as a Senior Operations Executive with Shared Medical Systems, now Siemens Medical, and was an Ernst & Young National Partner in charge of health care software. Each of these positions had him designing, developing, and implementing systems for a nationwide audience. Marc also has been an investor/board member of two start-up software and consulting companies, and currently serves on two boards of directors. He earned a Master’s Degree in Planning and Health Management from The George Washington University. He is the past chair of AHCA’s Knowledge Management Committee and a former member of AHCA’s Policy Council. He served for five years as a member of the GWU Health Management Program Alumni Board.

Early in his career, Matthew showed a knack for customer acquisition, helping lead the sales growth at Syndero from $10M-$65M in total revenue in only three years (2006-2009). After leaving Syndero to build Angelrush, Matthew continued to establish himself as a leader in the Online Marketing space, specifically with direct-to-consumer marketing. Specializing in user acquisition across all major marketing channels, including Social, Search, Display, and Mobile Marketing, Matthew continues to innovate and disrupt the industry.
VP, Care Service Center Operations
As VP of HealthRight’s Care Service Centers, Caleb oversees the day-to-day operations of the member outreach center in Florida and the Care Service Center in Pennsylvania and New England, working alongside more than 100 HealthRight employees to help facilitate our vision of making health care more convenient and affordable. more...
Caleb brings a proven track record of building, managing and growing best-in-class customer care teams. Caleb has managed every element of direct-to-consumer products, taking ownership of business KPIs and growth strategies. In 2009, Caleb took on a sales management position with Angelrush, a direct-to-consumer marketing firm. Within his first six months at Angelrush Ventures, Caleb was promoted to Director of Quality Control and was tasked with building an internal platform for monitoring and improving the quality and performance of various sales programs. His ability to quickly develop strategic process flows within the department helped to reduce costs, improve sales, and increase KPIs for the company. In 2011, he took on the position of Director of Business Development and led the company in developing and integrating several new marketing campaigns to help accelerate growth and exceed revenue goals. In 2012, Caleb was promoted to VP of Operations, a position he held up to the launch of HealthRight
Chief Administrative Officer
As majority shareholder of HealthRight,Howard continues to steer the vision of this leading eHealth organization into the forefront. After graduating Alfred University, Howard embarked on a career in banking, specializing in origination and securitization of mortgage portfolios. Since 1999, he has experienced wide-ranging success as an entrepreneur, starting and running a number of businesses, while specifically taking advantage of opportunities in underserved markets such as direct to consumer health.

As a member of the executive team, Scott owns HealthRight’s rapid growth by connecting members to convenient, effective, and affordable health solutions for themselves and their loved ones. Utilizing his expertise in leveraging engaging content and opitmizing the user experience, Scott drives multivariate testing across HealthRight platforms, connecting consumers to solutions that will ultimately improve their health. more...
Scott is a seasoned marketing and creative professional with more than 17 years of success in building and managing divisions and teams for global brands and Fortune® 500 corporations. This legacy of connecting people to life-changing experiences began when Scott was Creative Director at Monster.com, with the goal to match employees to the jobs and careers of their dreams. He then took a role as an executive at Iconic Labs, where he introduced consumers to premium health and beauty products to enhance their well-being and self-confidence. Prior to joining HealthRight, Scott was an executive at Academic Partnerships, which helped students find online courses and degree programs at prestigious universities and colleges.
